Steph believes in the powerful connection between good health and mindfulness. With a background as a former Junior Olympic gymnast and ballet dancer, she brings a deep understanding of alignment and body mechanics to every class. Passionate about helping others feel stronger, more confident, and energized, Steph tailors her instruction to ensure workouts are both effective and safe. She thrives on challenging her students to reach their personal goals in a supportive, encouraging environment. Outside the studio, Steph enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and playing pickleball. Steph is introducing two new core fitness classes!
